We use high-quality materials including 14k solid gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones. Our solid gold pieces are designed to last forever and will not oxidize or discolor.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the luster of your pieces, we recommend cleaning them with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, and store your jewelry in its original pouch when not in use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that engraved pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on all our jewelry. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover lost items, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
When will my order ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I resize a ring after purchasing?
We do not offer resizing services at this time. We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing or visiting one of our retail locations for a professional fitting.
