We want you to love your fine jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn pieces. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Mejuri pouch and box, then secure it inside a shipping mailer along with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
